Settle down as a country beer brewed with delicate additions of coriander seed and lemon verbena grown by our neighbors. Fermented with a mixed culture and ripened in oak casks, resulting in a bright tasting beer with an extraordinarily fresh palate.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold, mildly effervescent, with a fluffy, pure white head. Lovely farmhouse tang about it, some lemony tartness, background wheat, soft acidity, pale woody dryness. Light bodied with moderate, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly tart with quenching acidity, mellow funk, nips of grassy bitterness. Outstanding.

Nie czuc witbirowosci, nie czuc kolendry. Beczkodzikusy tak sianowato jasnoowocowo zdomininowaly. Ale o dziwo nie jest wytrawne. Ta verbene moze. Niska kwasnosc. Ciekawe i bardzo dobre

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy, bright gold with lace. Nose is immediately farmyard, lemon, lactic acid, cream and vanilla. Flavor is nicely tart and funky, not hugely sour. Lemon, orange, hay, coriander, lemon verbena and lemongrass, some apple and Asian pear. Great balance, definitely not your typical wit, as it is pure farmhouse. Dig it. Light, mellow malts with a bit of cracker.
