Tap at Ibaraki Bakuon. A dark beer made with yeast from a dandelion. This surprised me by pouring like a brown porter (i.e. a deep ruby brown). A roasty caramel aroma with tangy yeast fruit notes. The medium to light bodied beer is very dry and sharply carbonated. The taste is roasty, tangy, caramel and dark chocolate. Weird but interesting though it is a bit Homebrew like.

Bpottle. Frunky yeast nose, spicy, chocolate, turds, citrus. Cloudy black with lace. Very chocolatey, spicy flavor like a black saison. Decent enough but not my thing.
