Pale golden color. Frothy white head. Absolutely nothing the the nose. Light crisp and fairly hoppy dry mouth with some odd mint character. Modestly bitter. Well put together but can’t say I love Ibuki pils

Draught at the Ichinoseki Beer Fest 2017. Bright gold, hazy, with lace. Lemony nose, biscuits, oranges, nice hops. Good hoppy flavor which comes though nicely but in a balanced way, unlike big Nelson lagers, for example. A bit thin, but a tasty pils with fresh but not especially memorable hops.
