Bottle pour at the Ichinoseki Beer Fest 2017. Citra-hopped kolsch. big, fruity hop nose, lemon, grapefruit, crackery malt. Glowing gold, clear, with a low head. Oily and bitter flavor, grapefruit, zest, crackers. This is a bit out of balance, but very fun and enjoyable.
