Draught at the Ichinoseki Beer Fest 2017. Nose is chocolate and caramel malts. Minerals in there too, probably from the water? Decent malt flavor is tasty caramel and bread bit a bit simple. Could do with more caramel and brown malts. Body is a bit thin, also not quite carbonated enough. Decent, tasty brown that could nail it with a slightly more complex malt bill.
