Sencha Pale Ale 5% A cloudy orange goal with a thick head and a floral fruity aroma of overrip fruits. Light bodied and a touch gassy. The taste is a kind of Earl Grey and fruit herbal notes. Interesting, I look forward to trying this when they brew it on site in their own brewery, Iwami Bakushu doesn’t have the best reputation in terms of technical skill...

Bottle with KBL. Orange color, hazy. Stinky tropical fruit nose, over-ripe mango, durian, peaches, some citrus, tea. Weird but interesting. Drier flavor than imagined, again tropical fruit and tea. Fruity, honey. Interesting but a dry aspect and large head that lead me to think it was slightly infected.
