At the tap takeover event at Before 9 and listed on the menu in English as an "American Chicken IPA" so is the chicken or the IPA american? A clear copper. The aroma has mild broth but good hoppiness. The taste is slightly salty but fairly clean, I gotta figure they didn’t add all that much broth to it...

Tap at Before 9. Glowing orange amber, hazy, with lace. Nose of oranges, chicken broth, caramel, grapes. Caramel flavor, orange and peach, salty, with a bitter, peppery finish. Interesting and not all that weird for having chicken in it.
