33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij Culemobrg. Amber with a thin white head. Smoky aroma with some caramel and some orange. Sour taste with a little sweetness and a fairly bitter finish. Complex in the sense that each sip brings new sensations, which is a thing truly great beers should do. Very nice unusual beer

Sample at the Hague beer festival. Thick creamy beige head. Cloudy amber pour. Light bitterness. Easy drinking. Served a little too cold.

Tap at NBPF. Hazy amber with beige head. Peat, caramel, toffee, some dried fruits, ash, vegetables, more smoke. Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Not my thing at all.

Sampled at Week van het Nederlandse bier festival, Den Haag 2017. Very hazy brown with a thick cream head. Aroma of peat, malt, light tart fruits, malt and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a little sourness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
