Nel 1914 veniva fondato il Comune di Forte dei Marmi e questa birra ne celebra il centenario. Prodotta utilizzando anche frumento di varietà antiche, questa Wit si presenta paglierina e opalescente. Grazie alla rinfrescante speziatura donatale dalle scorze di bergamotto, arancia amara e coriandolo, questa birra mitigherà la vostra sete e svelerà la docile piacevolezza del grano esaltando aperitivi ma sopratutto crudità di pesce e crostacei, fritture, verdure, carni bianche e formaggi freschi.

Bottiglia. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medie costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo e c'è anche una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano note di miele, frumento e agrumi.

Draft at BeerAttraction 2018, in Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale yellow with fluffy white foam, fine. Aroma is lemony. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste has limited sweetness, some more tartness. Finish is average.

Best before: April 2017.
Pours clear yellow with a small, white head. The aroma contains grapes, apple, wheat, grass, some lemon and yeast. It tastes light to medium hoppy/grassy bitter and light fruity sour. Dry finish. Medium body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. A very unusual Witbier, almost like white wine.

Tap at Il Punto. Sweet stewed fruit in the nose, peaches and orange, apple, honey, biscuits. Orange-golden, hazy. Sweet flavor, honey, fruit, pepper, grapefruit and apricot. Not hot, but peppery. Works well with a bit of a burn. Soft, thin, fun.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Very fresh citric aroma, some flowers. Crisp. Body pales by that carbonation. Some coriander, some clover. Nice.

At Villagio Della Birra 2015.Cloudy straw yellow color, white head. Spicy, yeast, malty scent. Spicy, yeasty, citrus taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.
