Tap. Pretty nice. Juicy and tart. Aroma is very fruity, citrus and ume. Maybe bit briney, not sure. Taste is very nice. Much more ume than anything else but not overpowering, just very nice. Very cloudy yellow colour.

Tap at Takumiya. Super cloudy yellow, like a scrumpy. Light lace. Nose is nice ume, tangy, with yogurt, citrus, light tropical fruits. flavor is ume and citrus, wheat, grains. Crisp and light with rather low carbonation. Tangy and a bit lactic. Very subtle but extremely enjoyable.

Ushitora x Stillwater collaboration: Ume 2 High Tap at Takumiya which is as far as I know the only keg that made it to Kansai and this keg is one of the few left anywhere so it's a rare chance to try this limited brew. A milky light gold with a lovely ring of foam. Great tropical fruit aroma and zesty citrus, tangy ume and lactic acidity. Delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft - Lemon, grapefruit and a great tartness. Cloudy gold with a rich head. Japanese plum tastes light bright grapefruit which works great, with tons of peel and salt. Very nice.

very cloudy chalky white light Amber color. Looks disgusting and like something is wrong with the beer. If you closed your eyes you would believe that you are smelling Umeshu. Nothing is detectable beyond Ume. Light body, slightly tart, salty tons of Ume. So well integrated. Really reminds me of the Gose gone wild series. Not as good but damn this is nice. The Ume lingers in the finish with some salt. Fucking awesome.
