Fles 33cl thuis. Zacht zoet, lichte aardbeitonen, lactose, licht roasted malts met wat citrus bitters, cappuccino, wat chocola. Verrassend prettig drinkbaar. (13-6-2018).

Draught at KØ18. Mild roasted aroma. Almost black colour. Seems clear. Small stable light brown head. The flavour is bready, has a little lactose, faintly roasted. Sweet liquorice finish.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Clear, very dark red to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty, moderately fruity and minimally artificial aroma of milk chocolate, lactose and strawberry yoghurt. Quite sweet, malty, slightly roasty, moderately fruity taste of milk chocolate, strawberry yoghurt, lactose and some coffee, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Draft at Uiltje Bar. Dark brown color beige head. Aroma of berries and dark roast coffee. Taste is fruity coffee and chocolate. Nice.

[ As Uiltje Redneck ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, strawberry. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, strawberry, dakr malt, chocolate, milk chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Nice dark red to red-brown color, medium sized quite quickly diminishing beige head. Aroma is malts, some red fruit, milk chocolate. Tastes very similar: malts, red fruits, milk chocolate. There’s something else but I can’t figure out what it is. Moderate to medium bitter finish. Nice.
