As I was at Marca when it was their 3rd Anniversary I figured I'd go for their Tripel IPA. A Belgian tripel hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Glowing orange gold with a fruity stone fruit aroma. The taste on the viscous full body is full on peaches and stone fruit. A bit boozy but fairly smooth for a 10% beer (looks like the ABV has been bumped up), more tripel than ipa but good.

Tap at Komachi. Pretty orange gold, hazy, with a low, fine head. Biscuity malt nose, some peaches and oranges and tropical fruits but not huge on the hops. Very malty and biscuity flavor, though not overly sweet at all. Nice fruit flavors, tropical mostly. Strong bitterness is a bit overdone. A bit muddy but nice enough. "Triple" in the name is a misnomer.
