clear golden color. Massive tropical fruit nose. Very light medium body. Well integrated cracker malt backbone. Modestly bitter. Good malt presence, but light medium body with tons of tropical notes. Wheat is very subtle and perfectly integrated. Fairly aggressive bitterness. So well executed.

Pours llight yellow, very clear. not much foam. Looking like a wit. Aroma has characteristic Belgian yeast spice, some hops also. Taste feels dry, Belgian yeast is strong with its spices. cloves and coriander. Hops are herbal, nice blend that is finishing quite dry.

Tap at Fujiyama. Pale golden color, haze, with lace. Pissy wheat nose, grapefruit, a bit funky. Tart and sweet, biscuits, cat piss, grapefruit. Not my favorite of the night, but decent.

Tap at The Graduate in Davis, CA. Pours light gold with a white head. Citrusy aroma. Med body. Earthy citrus flavor. Fairly dry. Mildly bitter. Not super hoppy. Ok ale.
