Cellared until dec 2019. Pours a pale brown color with no head.very sour nose of oak, cherries, Green apples, plums. Sour mouth, great depth with nice green apple pie character that just lingers and lingers. Very dry. Super well executed

Bottle poured into a snifter showing translucent caramel with no head. The nose shows acetic vinegar with cinnamon and hints of very light brett. The palate is fully bodied and not carbonated. Flavors show a tea-like bitterness with lightly burn malts and barely any bitterness with hints of caramel and very light vanilla throughout the background. The finish shows roasted coffee notes.

Pours a deep copper to brown with no head. Vinegar, balsamic, cherry and dark cacao. Hints of almond as it warms up. Light on the palate with very little carobonation.
