Tap at wvrst. Pale golden pour, small white head.
Biscuits, hay, and grass are dominant. Light cereals, medium mouthfeel, and a light bitter finish, nice stuff.

Can from the beer Store Mississauga Slightly hazy deep yellow with a decent sized frothy white head. Bready crackery pilsner maltiness light fruit faint earthy floral hops, I thought this was a pretty nice Kolsch.

This kolsch poured a slightly cloudy, light yellow colour with a bright white, spore like head with medium lacing. Scents include cream, corn, club soda and dough. First swig was sharp flavored with medium / high carbonation. Flavours of corn, honey and basement. Finish is lightly hoppy with honey corn lingering.

Can. Crisp pilsner malt, light citrus and grass in the nose. Crisp, lemony, herbal. Clean malt comes to a dry finish. Highly drinkable but not so interesting.

Very pale golden color. Very good German continental malt and noble hops. The body is a bit weak, hops are very low. Meh

(tap) clear, bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of noble hops; balanced, refreshing, mild flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Can from the brewery. Hazy gold with a small white head that leaves some patchy lace. Nose is light bread and honey and some light grass. Light sweet honey with some light fruit and a bit of spice. Medium light thin mouth with average carbonation and a crisp finish. Nice enough Kolsch.

This is probably one of the best Kolsches I’ve ever had. Not that this is a huge deal, but I was really surprised by the decency of this beer. There’s a little cheese in here and a nice crisp, almost potato chip-like finish. There’s something really breadlike in the yeast, a finish of good bread. On tap at The Rhino.
