Bottle by the way of trade, shared with my bro. It pours darkest brown to black with a decent khaki head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, slick, oily, rich roasted malt, rocky road, liquorice, warming smoke, medicinal, TCP, dark chocolate, peat reek and honey cake. The taste is slick, oily, bitter - sweet, toothy, chewy, rich roasted malt, umami, dark chocolate, liquorice, intense smoke, charred, bonfire, honeycake, dried fruits, raisin, sultana, fruit cake, malt loaf, warming alcohol, slick, oily, fudgey and a tannin with a drying finish. Fulsome body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Lovely stuff. Flavourful and moreish. Like the balance.

Svart med rödbrun kant. Tätt skum. Söt honungsdoft med rökiga toner. Söt smak av honung och även där rökiga toner. En humlebeska dyker upp på slutet. Även lite kärv alkohol. God.

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Närke Asgård Svartmölska ].Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, honey, smoke, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, smoke, honey, dark malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20160923] 5-2-6-3-11

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy broken light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, peaty alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a dry malty sugary alcoholic palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
