Bomber. Very herbal nose, spice, citrus, chamomile, lemon, coriander. Pale yellow with an airy head. Tart citrus flavor, lots of herbs and chamomile especially. Nice enough summer beer but a bit too much on the spicing.

A cloudy gold with a thick foamy head. The aroma is nice chamomile, coriander, lemongrass and a dab of orange. The taste is wheaty and spicy saison with the same flavors as the aroma plus a refreshing tartness. Perfect for the insanely humid heat we’re suffering through in Kyoto at the moment.

On Tap at the BarrelHouse Boise Hazy golden witha fine and full white head. Clumpy clingy lacing. Light pale malts. Very clean quick palate. Prominent farmhouse yeast flavors. And tough of noble hop bittering at the end.
