Bottle. Surprisingly nice carbonation. Aroma is quite nice, light peachiness. Taste is light, very light, fruitiness is there but it's boring. No trace of barrel, and taste dies quickly. Bit of lemon. Don't get it. Pleasant sipper but not convinced

Bottle poured into a snifter showing no head with lightly filtered honey. The nose is acetic with very light notes of brett. The palate is light bodied and fully carbonated. Very light notes of white peaches, moderately tart with a light malty finish. Mostly acetic forward and lacking any presence of the white peaches.

Pours a hazy straw with a finger of carbonation. Lemon zest and pithy nose with some light funk. Funky on the palate with clean lemon. The finish gets a bit weird with some cat litter, but still the lemon persists. --- Beer merged from original tick of Barrel Reserve Series #5 on 11 Sep 2016 at 17:17 - Score: 6

Bottle from the brewery, A cloudy gold in my glass but people who got earlier pours had it fairly clear so I guess AJB bottles should be poured with one of those lambic baskets. The aroma was sickly buttery sweet yet sour while the taste was acidic, tart green apples and zero peach. Not all that good but nowhere near as crappy as the Nozawa Sour which was foul. My bottle was passable I guess.

Hazy gold with lace. Nose of diacetyl, peaches, biscuits, a bit of corn too. Flavor is like a peach crisp with apple cider poured on it. Diacetyl and DMS. This is a train wreck.

Very light golden white cloudy color. Frothy white head.. Amazingly funky, slightly fruity (white peaches) sour nose with distinct yeast character. Very tart, peachy mouth, very good carbonation, light and soft on the palate, and moderately sour. Dry finish with peaches lingering in the aftertaste. Absolutely fantastic. Perfect level of carbonation and mouth feel. Excellent.
