Bottle. Big thanks to Phil. Nice mqlty nose, crackers, bread, hops are there, bit of orange. Herbs, grass. Medium golden color, clear, low head. Biscuity malt, crackers, lemon, herbs. Nicey bitter finish. Solid enough pils.

On tap at Craft Beer Live 2016. Golden Rabbit Soramitsu pilsener A new brewery that seems to be getting off the ground in Ikoma, Nara. It’s got a bready earthy herbal aroma with a crisp clean lightly bitting bitter finish. A very solid bohemian style pilsner that says this brewery is off to a good start.
