Keyaki. Enjoyed this one. Doughy, sweet, cake like, butter, toffee, nice. Fruity, strawberry. Not sure all of these were supposed to be there, but this was a surprise hit for me.

Tap at Keyaki. Nose of figs, caramel, plum, butterscotch, apples. Deep red-brown color with big lace. big barrel flavor, vanilla, some butter, apples, plum, toffee. Not perfect but fun.

Deep mahogany color. Super lovely nose of vanilla and Oak. Low carbonation. Vanilla dominates and then oak. Super malty body, but not high enough ABV so the body feels a bit thin. Big long lingering vanilla finish. Super. Slightly warming. Could be amped up to 8-9% and have better results but regardless this is hands down the best beer I’ve had in Okinawa.
