Tap at CBM Otemachi. Interesting. Sake beer type feel. Rice elements but also very grainy. Saison like herbal element and a touch of spice too. Little vanilla sweetness. Like a weizen saison hybrid with some sake rice. Interesting!

Tap at Kyoto Festa. Bright gold, cloudy. Great fruity nose, citrus, orange, apricot, wheat / rice, spicy yeast. Crisp and clean, bright, light version of Yago. Tropical fruits. Great.

cloudy golden color. Very phenolic with some bananas and cloves with some odd sake yeast notes. But doesn’t come together that well. Boozy finish which For 5.5% is surprising.

Daisen g hatahata 24 ale 5.5% A fruity clove and white pepper aroma. The taste is phenolic sweet cloves and yeasty chewy malts. Effervescent like champagne on a light body but kind of boozy for 5.5% Not bad.
