Keyaki. Nice. Sweet fruity aroma. Grainy. Some yoghurt. Good stuff as usual from Zakko.

Tap at Keyaki. Centennial hopped Belgian yeast saison. Cloudy gold-pastel yellow. high head goes quickly to pretty lace. Bright saison nose, light spice, lemon, bread. Tart, tangy, lemony flavor. Bread, wheat, great prickly but soft carbonation. Very nice summery saison.
