Talmary Pale Saison 5% Made with wild yeast and honey according to Beer Komachi's menu. It is an opaque gold with a filmy off-white head. The aroma is yeasty with a bit of spice and yet the body is light and bone dry. The taste is very bready with some honey notes, a mild banana estery edge and some light funk. It's alright but a bit more carbonic than I care for. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Kyoto Festa. Spicy, fruity nose, citrus, pepper, biscuits. Peppery flavor, wheat biscuits, fruit. Dry finish. Nice, dry, refreshing saison.
