Bottle shared. Thanks TimE! Lots of Belgian yeast on the nose, fruit esters and bit of cardamom. Light citrus notes on the palate with more spice. Clean and crisp on the palate, but maybe a little too much spice. Still a fun beer and at 4% abv it really punches up a class.

Cloudy, yellow. Aroma has light yeastiness, gentle spice. Very light, bit of spice. Don’t get the rye. Gentle, spicy, yeasty summer beer.

Very pale golden cloudy color with big frothy white head. Big funky yeasty nose with the rye jumping out. Very dry and hoppy nose. Very authentic saison. Light hoppy with lots of funk and rye. This is definitely one of best Belgian beers in japan. At 4% this is FANTASTIC!!!!!

Tap at Kyoto Festa. Pale gold, cloudy, with a fine, airy head. Crisp, dry, spicy rye nose, some yeasty esters. Crisp rye flavor, citrus, coriander, Belgian yeast. Light and quaffable. Good stuff.
