Swan Lake Agano Saison 6% Golden matte copper color with a thick head that didn’t last but left nice lacing hbehind. The peppery aroma has a nice wheat and fruity saison quality. Medium in body with a solid and well balanced saison flavor with a bit of a Koshihikari Rice note too.

Keyaki spring 2016. Belgian yeast forward nose but maybe a bit generic. Some light wheat and pepper as it warms up. Feels a bit heavy and rich for a saison but still decent. Some slight DuPont moves. Peppery and sweet on the finish. Not bad. --- Beer merged from original tick of Agano Saison on 15 May 2016 at 16:23 - Score: 7

Tap at Keyaki. Lovely golden-orange color, cloudy, with a fine head. Juicy peach, orange nose, estery. Juicy, fruity, biscuity flavor. Nice Belgian ale yeast coming through. Great fruit. Spicy yeast. Nice citrus. A bit too sweet. More a rich Belgian Blonde than a saison, but quite enjoyable.
