Bottle at Imazato. Tart, boozy, spritzy. Bit weird. But guess that's the point, but not sure. Quite refreshing, citrus. Hints of tropical. Interesting,

Bomber shared by Nate. I’m a big fan of guanabana (jackfruit) so this was fun to try. Ex novo jacked up settles in my glass with a light straw color. The aroma is wheaty with light tartness and jackfruit fruityness. Nice light body and crisp flavor with wheat and jackfruit. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with small white head. The aroma is tropical fruit and oak. Medium mouth, juicy, light tart finish, very nice.

Bottle at Imazato. Fruity, citrus and tropical fruit nose. Cloudy yellow with lace. Fruit, citrusy flavor, bready, some honey, lightly tart. Very fruity but not overly sweet.

Big hanks to Douglas88 for this very rare bomber. Pour is clear pale yellow. Although the alky in this beer is supposed to be 7.5, it comes across more mild than that. The taste is Belgian yeast with a tart fruit sensation. Yes, quite saison after a while. Really good co2 in this one. Was expecting more tartness than this considering the label says tart farmhouse. It actually reminds me a bit of my homemade dry apple cider. Yes, even the finish has much of that Belgian yeast flavor in there. Beldgy yeast flavors throughout.

On tap at ex novo pub Portland. Pours out a pretty clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is belg yeast spice berries and some tartness. Taste is a nice tart touch on the front with a nice fruity end. This one is one is tasty.
