Nice. Dry, bit grassy, light bitterness, done citrus. Great starter. Touch of creaminess.

Regular size draft for only 500 yen @ Y Market's 4th Anniversary event. Pours clear golden, some nice beige-white foam on the top, transparent and tasty-looking beer. Nose is distinctly hoppy, really really fresh and just amazing hop aromatics, tropical and dank. Taste is hoppy - but balanced with this relatively thing body. Super tasty and delivers much more than it's 4.5% abv would suggest. Probably getting this also ver fresh and this is a definite plus as well. Y Market at its best with this one.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a finger of head that dissipates fairly quickly. Tons of weed and stinky tropical notes in the nose with a touch of catpiss. Wow like Sono-ju hopping in a lager. Amazing nose that goes on and on. Medium to medium light body with lots of big tropical fruit notes. A tropical, catpiss, dank bomb. Y. Market again shows why they are the hop kings right now in Japan. I can’t believe this a lager. --- Beer merged from original tick of Session IPL on 15 Jun 2016 at 23:26 - Score: 8. Original review text: Stinky tropical, weed and catpiss dominate the nose. Light and easy drinking with some orange zest and pithy bitterness. Slammin'

On tap at Osaka Castle. Medium golden color, hazy. Nice hop nose, grass, citrus, grapefruit. Crisp, crackery malt flavor, clearly lager yeast. Very bitter, crisp and tasty malt.

On tap at Craft Beer Holiday. Y market session IPL A cloudy gold with a nice hop bouquet that is grassy, hay, herbal and pretty solid. Full bodied for a session beer the taste is a remarkably bitter pine needles and sap. It tastes like a freshly opened bag of hop pellets. Solid.
