Tap at Osaka Castle. Dank Mosaic nose, honey, biscuits, golden malt. Clear dark golden color. Simple malt flavor, clean, with nice dank hoppiness and a peppery finish. Medium bitterness. Solid and nice drinking.

Outsider Spring Break Golden Ale 5% A beautifully clear gold. The aroma is herbal hoppiness and bready malts. Med-full bodied with a sharp clean finish. Not complex but a beautifully fresh clean tasting golden ale: bready, light fruits and a nice all around flavor that makes it dead easy to drink. A good beer to end the day with. I think I heard this is their 4th Anniversary beer as well which surprised me as I thought Outsider had been brewing longer than that~!
