DuPont like!!! Lovely stuff! Fruity, citrus, berries, light spice, big in the mouth but easy drinking. Like it a lot.

Tap. Bright cloudy gold with a low, fine head. Yeasty nose, bread and biscuit, lots of black pepper. Lemony, peppery flavor, light to medium phenols, biscuits. Tingly and soft carbonation which works very well with the peppery spiciness and bitterness to give a great tingly finish.

On tap at the Yorocco Kansai Launch At Gastropub Tadg’s. A semi-opaque gold with an aroma of lemon, white pepper and a mild saison funk. Medium to full bodied with that soft Yorococo carbonation. The taste is bready, lemon-lime, wheat, funk and a light peppery spiciness. A very very nice saison.

Tap at Beach Muffin. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of head. Muscat, pear, white grapefruit, lemon and some yogurt notes on the nose. Tart and dry on the palate with some light funk from the yeast. Really nice crisp tartness paired with some pithy white grapefruit and iyokan citrusy bitterness on the finish. Another one to Yorocco. --- Beer merged from original tick of Shun Rai "Spring Lightening" Saison on 26 Mar 2016 at 15:04 - Score: 7. Original review text: Punchy citrus and Belgian yeast. Sweet Mikan, not cloying. A little too boozy but still great!
