CBM Awajicho. Nice aroma, biscuits, some plastic... taste is malty, sweet, nice.

Märzen Nagisa 5.5% IBU 24 A clear gold with a filmy white head makes me wonder what style they were going for. Malty biscuit and fruit notes aroma. The taste is nice crisp and clean biscuit with stone fruit overtones. I was expecting something a bit darker colored but this was very easy to drink and enjoyable.

Tap at CBM Awajicho. Clear, deep golden-orange color with a fine head. Great malty nose, biscuits, crackers, grassy noble hop, perfect for the style. Lovely bready malt, crackers, spicy hop finish. Crisp, with good bitterness. Very solid. No caramel. Just right for one of the southern, pale colored Marzens.
