Tap at Tadg’s. Disgusting-looking muddy brown with huge nasty yeast ball in the bottom. Nice, though odd, nose, tons of cinnamon, caramel, biscuits. Flavor is sweet biscuits, astringent over-spice, tangy esters. Very bitter mostly from spice I think and a bit medicinal. This need to be filtered somehow, then they need to cut the spice by 90%.
