Tap at Craft Heads. Grainy, bit of wheat, quite earthy, little bit of lemon. Lots of barley. Bit of dairy. Not quite sure about it.

Handpump at Watering Hole for Y. Market tap-takeover. Brewed for Mash Tun’s 11th Anniversary. Pours a slightly hazy gold with no head. Oranges, grass and peach on the nose. Soft carbonation with a medium body. Quite bitter finish. Not bad. --- Beer merged from original tick of Capercaillie on 15 Nov 2015 at 18:51 - Score: 7

Tap at Bungalow. Deep orange, cloudy, glowing. Fruity nose, oranges, peaches, melon. Big, juicy fruit flavor, creamy. Very bitter though, really too bitter with a long-lasting astringency that I did not like at all. Full body is good. Good except for the bitterness.

On tap at Bungalow, researching it I discovered it may have been brewed for the Watering Hole’s 10th Anniversary. Y market capercaillie APA IBU 23.4 5.5% A lightly opaque honey gold with a piney dank hop bouquet. Raspy carbonation on a med-light body. The taste is bitter piney hops, light spiciness and a bit woodsy. Another solid beer tonight.
