Takeout tap from CBM Koenji. Slighty hazy straw color with a finger of foam that lingers. Nice light lemon and wheat nose. Crackery malts with good carbonation. Not sweet and fairly crisp and dry. Then the finish just becomes insanely astringent, like "0 to those persimmons that you aren’t supposed to eat" in .5 seconds...cottonmouth after this one. Tap at the brewpub. Cloudy gold, low head. Wheat, grapefruit, a touch of catpiss in the nose. Rich and juicy. Great juicy flavor, big citrus fruit, smooth wheat. Nice bitterness. Solid.

Galaxy Wheat Ale 5% A cloudy gold with an eggshell white head. Incredibly fruity with light wheat in the nose.The is taste is pithy citrus and wheat on a light body. A bit of black pepper & pear in the finish. Very Nice.
