Tap at the Gifu Fest as my one for the road beer. The name is because the head brewer made the recipe and wrote it down for the Assistant Brewer to make. A clear copper orange color with a solid woodsy pine and fruity hop bouquet. Medium bodied and smooth. A clean IPA that packs in the flavor.

Tap at Watering Hole Y. Market tap-takeover event. Clear gold with a small off-white head. Big grapefruit aromas with lots of Citra on the nose. Average carbonation and medium body. Lots of juicy grapefruit and orange on the palate. Fruit forward with good bitterness on the finish. Tap at Bungalow. Cloudy, dark gold, with lace. Big fruity hop nose, citrus, tropical fruits, very nice. Biscuity flavor, crackers too, orange and grapefruit, peach. Crisp and full. Great.
