Tap at Hathor. Feels like lots of sorachi ace type cheese and chive weirdness. Light resin hoppiness, malty and spiky. Nice. I enjoyed this quite a lot.

Tap at Hathor. Said to be made with ancient rice and Sorachi Ace. This is a strange one. Pale orange with a weird but attractive nose. Malty, wood, a bit of mint, maybe some rice but not clearly so. Not typical Sorachi nose, but maybe they are there in a weird way. Flavor is woody/cardboard, genmai brown rice maybe, huge bitterness and long lasting astringency is very off-putting and quickly becomes unpleasant. Strange and interesting until the end, when it dies.
