Tap at the Gifu Beer Matsuri 2015. Clear gold with a huge gassy head. Nose of wheat, biscuits, lemon. Bit boring but ok. Lemon and orange flavor, biscuits. Clean and crisp and a bit gassy. Decent but lacks interest, like most in this series.

Frothy white head, cloudy light golden color, with mildly fruity notes and wheat notes. The mouth is super smooth and the beer is super quaffable and refreshing. Great summer beer that is fairly enjoyable and the best seasonal I’ve had from YoHo in awhile.

Tap. Pours white, nice foam top. Aroma is quite light, has some wheat character coming out. Taste is also quite subdued, very clean, very light and feels crisp for a wheat ale. I guess this is similar to Suiyoubi No Neko, just take orange peels and coriander spiciness away and this is what is left. Easy-drinking simple summer beer.
