Cask at GBBF 2015. Cloudy pastel yellow, flat. Nose is apples, booze, whiskey, wood, Oily, silky body. Apples. Light Whisky and wood, decent sour acid edge balancing the sweetness. Ok.

Cask at GBBF 2015. This cier is a clear gold with a musty cork apple aroma. The taste is dry with cork and a very mild woodsy barrel character. OK.
