Sehr intensives Aroma, Koriander, Limetten. Im Trunk dezent sauer, leicht seidig, Koriander halt, wieder Limetten, kaum alkoholisch, spannend.

650ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Aroma of wheat malt, lime, yeast, floral, soap, gin and oak. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lime, gin, floral hops, light coriander and oak with a dry, tart finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Not really a Wit, but what evs, this is a refreshing and delicious hybrid. Very unique.

Slight haze, light tan. Not much head. Touch of gin, fruity and sweet citrus. Kind of candyish, so it’s not bad but it doesn’t really come together in a meaningful way for me.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy deep blond color. Some aroma of soap, lemon, cranberry. Sweetish flavor, carrots and other vegetables, soap, a bit astringent in the final.
Very confused.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent dark gold with a white head. For me the aroma is pale fruit with a hint of juniper. Med body or better. Flavor is weird lime with juniper. Frickin’ love gin. Can’t drink the straight stuff, so gotta get it in beer stuff! This is so unwitt! It is so much like a ginger beer? No. But it really, really demonstrates gin. Yummy. Oh yes. Not getting the wood, but the gin/juniper is totally there for me. Imperializing the wit was a very good idea. Gives it substance. Sour? Not for me, unless kaffir lime counts. And I don’t think it does. Clarence drowned in malmsey. I’d take this instead.

Bomber with QC Tasting Group burnt orange color a nice resilient white foamy dense off-white head. The aroma is this juicy orange, jolly rancher and tropical fruit smell. It’s an interesting smell. Good mouthfeel but quickly fades leaving a sweet malty wheat taste has a similar fruit sweetness of the aroma but less candy flavorings. Oranges, kiwi, mango. It’s a fruity wheat ale? I don’t know the deScription but it’s interesting. long after swallowing, it has a flat cola similarity

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is strong lime, gin, vanilla. Thin mouth, key lime pie, tart, wheat, light finish, very nice.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A big fruity lime nose. The flavor is sharp lime, rich sweet fluffy malty base, oranges. The flavor is pretty sharp citrus, soft mellow wit banana base. Light yeast. Quite nice.

Bottle. Cloudy orange-gold, low lacy head. Nose is lime leaf, grass, herbs, lemon. Lemony, somewhat funky flavor, with lots of herbal gasses, a bit of ginger, creamy, juniper berries. Not my thing. Crisp body though.
