On tap at their San Clemente place on 16th July 2024, half a US Pint. It's more of a Blonde than a Belgian White in both looks and taste. Clean and clear golden body, white head. Belgian yeasty aroma and taste, pleasant on the patio in the afternoon sun.

Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Clear golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of wheat, fruit and spice. Light body with flavors of floral wheat, citrus and malt. The finish is wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tap at stone for the pizza port tap takeover. Clear, pale gold with a small white head. Super estery yeasty Belgian nose. Some apple, pear and light muscat as well. High carbonation, crisp and light but a little cloying. Like a Duvel light. Not bad.

Tap at Bud. Pale gold, clear, with a fine head. Malty wheat nose, citrus, no spice. Rich wheat flavor, a bit of banana and clove, citrus. Clean and drinkable. I cannot imagine that this is not a kristal weizen rather than a wit.
