Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

hazy milky color. Very dry nose with wheat and a bit of hoppiness but super subdued. Mouth is super light clear fruity but lacks bitterness. Very wuaffable .

Tap at Craft Beer Live 2015. Cloudy gold. Biscuity wheat nose, light citrus hop. Very clean and malty, dry and crisp. Needs more hops though to be excellent.

2015 a collab between Akashi & Dotombori brewed at Akashi. A nice cloudy orange gold with a spicy grape hoppy nose. Soft wheaty body, chewey mouthfeel, subtle hops make it super drinkable. Very nice.
