25/10/2024. Draft at Craft House Kyoto. Wasn’t clear which one of many this pale was but the abv matched at 5.5% so rated here. Pours cloudy orange amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is orange, stone fruits, persimmon, malt, dank notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Quite lively carbonation. Decent.

hazy amber, almost orange color. The nose is fresh melon and fairly heady. Creamy mouth what is very heady, but lacks bitterness. Kinda odd, but not dislikeable.

Tap at Craft Beer Live 2015. Pale ale 2 made with Aussie hops. A light gold with a decent mild hoppy nose. The taste is solid with a well balanced flavor but it is wholly unremarkable. Hops are very weak.

Tap at Craft Beer Live 2015. The Australian Hop version of their PA. Very biscuity nose, cinnamon, oranges. Cloudy, bright dark orange. Sweet, cookies in the flavor. Oily and a bit cloying. Oranges and a bit of pepper in the finish. Decent, but a bit worty and needs more bittering hops. There is a bit of grassiness from the hops, but the so-called Australian character is far too subdued.
