Draft at IMBC 2013. It pours clear gold with a small bubbly white head. The nose is juicy apple, white grape, vinous, wood and elderflower. The taste is crisp, bitter-tart apple, white grape skin, vinous, wood and mild acidity with a dry, crisp finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Great balance between sour and sweet. Delicious.

Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, wood, medicine, aceton. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, medicine, tart, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120809]

Canister. Sightly hazy golden colour, not much head. Aroma is apples, some wood, vanilla, cheesy notes as well as mild berries. Flavour is apple juice, cinegar, acidic notes and mild alcohol. Too acidic.
