Bottle kindly shared by biirusaikou. Salmon orange color. Creamy, fruity nose, yogurt, tart. Also pineapple, oranges, lemons. Spicy and lactic, really interesting. Quite cidery as well (airborn yeasts?) Fascinating stuff. I would give the wild bacteria more reign, but this is going in the right direction.
