[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Black. Nice coffee aroma with roast, dark chocolate. Sweetish flavor, roasty, with lots of coffee, some dark chocolate, nutty note. Medium-bodied. Good.

At BBF, pitch black color, roasted coffee and spice aroma with some dark bread behind, mellow aromatic roasted coffee flavor with some earthiness. really good and enjoyable.

Bottle from Flask, Aarhus. Aroma of strong coffee, chocolate, malt. Medium sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium+ body, slick texture, average+ carbonation. Finish is dry, bitter roasted.

Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour are full of roasted coffee. Lovely burnt malts too. Remains soft and easy to drink.

On tap at Borefts ’16. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, light fruity, mainly coffee. Flavour is totally dominated by coffee, not much else. Light to medium bodied. Too much.

Draft @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Brune foncée, col beige. Arôme au nez grains, malté, caramel, rétro léger de café avec de fines effluves de chocolat. Palais est agréablement bien malté, note de café et grillé, caramel avec une touche de chaleur. Petite amertume perce en retrait apportant une pointe de fleuri et citronné.

Thank you for sharing BE & friends RB Crew! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2016. Day 2. Dark brown to black, little tanned head. Nose is huge coffee, very big coffee, rich, roasted coffee. Taste is nice bitter coffee, low sweetness, roast is good, not too bitter, low leaves, bitter chocolate. Overall quite dry & bitter. Interesting. Lovely & quite good.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016, Day 1. Dark brown color with a red glare coming through, medium sized light brown head that lasts for quite a while. Lovely aroma and flavor of malts, roasted malts, chocolate, heavy coffee and espresso. Nice malt bitter and chocolaty bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Nice.
