Bottle mail ordered from the brewery. Unappetizing nose of DMS (cream corn), lemon, biscuit and honey, possibly a touch of diacetyl too. Hazy golden color; medium head. Biscuit malt flavor, but of lemon, much better than the nose. Still DMS though. Prickly hoppy finish that is a nice part. Light and crisp. A bit tangy. If they could sort out that DMS, would be ok. Very flawed as it is.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, no head. Neutral nose. Dry, yet fruity with minerals and sulphur. Light bodied with simplistic lifeless malt character. Slight salty bitterness.
