Tap at Craft Heads. Malt-forward nose with some light grassy hops. Not much from the hops on the nose but a decent amount of caramel. Kind of boring on the palate. Malt is there, but the hops were a bit tired. Might be old I am assuming. Not bad, just not exciting. --- Beer merged from original tick of Yurameki Session Red IPA on 27 Apr 2016 at 19:16 - Score: 6. Original review text: Light hoppy nose with some caramel. Thin and sessionable body. Nothing really stands out though. Is this a year old?

Tap at the brewery. Pours reddish brown, nice foam comes down fast. Aroma is rather malty actually. Has some autumn harvest hop feel and some frost-bitten rowans. Quite dry, no residual sweetness. Lots of tannins drying your mouth. Still sessionable, good stuff.

Tap at the brewpub. Dark reddish brown, cloudy, with a fine, low head. Nice fruity hop nose, chocolate, cherry, orange, fudge. A touch roasty and quite bitter, dark chocolate and fruits. A bit too bitter in the finish, but nice.

Yurameki session red 4.9% On tap at Y Market’s 1st Anniversary. It pours a ruddy muddy reddish brown. Soft fruity pine with earthy biscuity notes in the bouquet. The taste is bitter pine needles & earthy biscuity malts. If you want a hopped up red ale this is for you.
