Draught at the brewery
Beautiful bright amber color, hazy, with generous head. The aroma is a bit stale. It has a lean caramel flavor, very moderate Sweet ness, robust bitterness, some candi sugar in the final, but also a very light sourness.
Not bad.

On tap at Georgetown, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is lightly floral and fruity, with subdued hops. Flavour is pleasant, with floral hops, red fruits and dry caramel. Not the most intriguing beer, but it's well-made. Decent.

Draft at Ballard Beer Company. Dark red color with a big hop head and lots of lacing. Hoppy and vegetal hops circa 2005. An interfering yeast fruit. Unfortunate caramel and sweetness in the beer as well. A red that should have been made better 5 years ago.

Sample at the brewery tap room. This brew is a dark reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. Light to medium body with a sweet caramel malt character and notes of ripe fruit and mild hops. The finish is lightly bitter with a short citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
