Served in a lager glass it pours an exceedingly light gold. The aroma does indeed remind me of ciders I had at the GBBF featuring ripe apples and cinnamon. It smells like those apples you caramelize in brown sugar and cinnamon for a nice pie - yum. Very light bodied and exceptionally dry. The taste is tart, apple candies and a bit tangy. I love the aroma on this one, the tartness is pleasing but I’m not digging the dry body and soda like carbonation so much.

Bottle from Yamaoka. Dry, fruity nose, apples, minerals, straw. Pale gold, clear, lightly sparkling. Dry fruity flavor, apples, straw, minerals, just a bit of apply sweetness in the mid palate, then dries right out. Pretty flavorful and well done. Crisp and refreshing.
