A good imperial amber type thing. This brewery is pretty hit or miss, but this might be the best so far.

Bottle from Le Collier. Nose is malt, cinnamon, peaches maybe, weird. PRetty amber-orange color; clear with lace. Sweet fruit and malt flavor, caramel, quite bitter. A kind of wimpy Arrogant Bastard. Needs work, but a good try.
