Bottle thanks to Kyotolefty. Pours out a orangeish pink topped with a small head. Nose is raspberry sweetness some wheat and grassy hop notes. Taste is more of the raspberry sweetness wet grain and a little hop tick.

Bottle of Spring Valley Brewery 4.8% Raspberry fruitbeer hopped with Galaxy called JZB(thanks KyotoLefty!). It poured a red-pink copper color with a pinkish white head of foam that left roapy lacing behind in my tulip glass. The nose is sweet raspberry, a bit tart but quite earthy. It’s a decent smelling beer. Med-light bodied with a round carbonation that reminds me of seltzer water. The taste is a quick hit of berry sweetness, some(well very little) chewy maltiness and a pretty dry finish. Actually not too bad, kind of average and not really pushing any boundaries but well made. I don’t get anything from the galaxy hops really but this bottle was brewed in late November so I guess that hoppiness has subsided. My only complaint is the carbonation is a bit much, kind of gassy.

Bottle, mail ordered from the brewery. Raspberry nose, light wheat bread, a bit of citrus hops. pale red/pink color, clear, and a high, fine head. Tasty raspberry flavor, light sweetness, nice tart aspect, wheaty bread and malt backbone. Pretty nice, actually. Not overly sweet. light and crisp but decent body. A solid macro beer. Nothing to get crazy about, but a bit better than expected.
